Departures: With boarding passes in hand, clients are met curbside upon arrival at the airport, luggage is speedily checked and our guests are escorted into the terminal We will ensure seats are correct, frequent flyer numbers are entered, special meal requests are confirmed, and can also assist with unaccompanied minors and wheelchairs as well as service animals and pets. Our guests will be given priority at the TSA security screening and will be escorted through the concourse to the departure gate where they will be wished a bon voyage as they board the aircraft. We always strive to arrange for priority boarding if desired.

*Time permitting and where available, we will invite clients to be our guests at The Centurion Lounge, the United Club Airport Lounge or The Club at LAS until boarding. Please see lounge details below.

Arrivals: Clients are met at the arrival gate and escorted through the airport to their waiting limousine, taxi, or alternate transportation. We will retrieve checked luggage while our clients relax comfortably in their hotel limousine or hired car. We can also assist with clients wishing to utilize rental cars, public transportation and ride share.

Connections: Clients are met at their arrival gate and accompanied to the gate for their connecting flight, or first to a lounge to relax, time permitting. We will confirm with the gate agent that seats and special meal requests are correct, if required. We can also assist with luggage retrieval and re-check if required.

If you have any special requests like food items, sundries, flowers, clothing items or anything else please ask! We would be happy to assist.

LAS Airport Lounges: Lounges are located at D and E gates only at this time. There are currently no lounges serving A, B, and C gates.

D Gates:

The Centurion Lounge by American Express has recently opened with limited hours and limited capacity.

The United Club is now open with limited hours.

At The Club at LAS, our first two guests may enter and use the lounge at no charge. We can accommodate larger parties at a cost of $40 per additional guest. This lounge accepts Priority Pass.

E Gates:

The Club at LAS in the E gates is currently operating at limited hours and opens at 1:30pm.
